We're looking for a Manager – Tax to lead and manage a high-performing tax team, oversee day-to-day client compliance, and drive service excellence for high-net-worth clients in the US.

Role Highlights:

Review complex US Federal & State tax returns (1040s, 1041s, 706s, etc.)

Handle foreign informational forms (8621, 8865, 926, 8938, etc.)

Manage clients with multi-state filings, entity interests, and complex tax situations

Stay current with tax regulations and communicate key updates to clients

Lead, coach, and mentor a growing tax team

Build strong working relationships with our US counterparts

What We're Looking For:

8–10 years of US tax compliance experience (Individuals, Trusts & Estates)

Master's in Finance/Accounting (EA certification is a plus)

Proven leadership experience managing teams

Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with tools like CCH Axcess, SurePrep, Microsoft Office

Based in Mumbai (or open to relocating)
