Company DescriptionNational Logistics is an accredited freight carrier that provides reliable freight moving services across the nation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, supporting daily financial operations, and ensuring accurate billing processes. Your work will directly impact the financial health of the company and aid in critical decision-making processes.Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Prepares, reviews, and uploads payroll information for processing.Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records.Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency in financial operations.QualificationsCommunication: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary with a basic salary range of INR 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month depending on experience. Additionally, employees will receive a monthly internet allowance to support remote work needs.
