RoleWe are seeking a Senior Designer to lead and elevate our design initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a strong design aesthetic, and the ability to guide projects from concept to execution. The Senior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with our brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Creative:Lead the design process from ideation to final execution across digital and print media.Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visuals.Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Managing People:Be a Design master, Magnificent mediator, Highly skilled multitaskerCollaborate with business, LOS Leader to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirementsServe as an inspiring role model for all members of the Design teamWork closely with Art Directors, Marketing LOS Leader, and board members, etc.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.Strong Portfolio: A proven track record of high-quality design work across various platforms.Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.Attention to Detail: Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems.Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools.Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate with developers.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects.Collaborative and creative work environment.Career growth opportunities and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.
