Senior Project Manager Time & Attendance or SNOW technology - build plan, onboard resources and ensure implementation of the project as per expected outcomes and timelines. Ensure monitoring of progress, highlighting any risks and planned mitigations. Properly plan deliverables and tasks related to Operating model, transition to new vendor, knowledge transfer, documentation and processes
Service Now implementation – SNOW is CRM system used by HR Service team as well as other functions like IT, Procurement. Its ticketing tool which provides guidance to associates to solve their issues via Knowledge articles, virtual chat and if not support by agents in service organization.  we are implementing own solution build based on out of box SNOW solution which scopes dispatching model, operating model, service catalogue, knowledge articles, reporting etc. We are looking for resources to support implementation within HR.
What will be the deliverables?
o Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
o Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
o Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
o Report and escalate to management as needed
o Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
o Perform risk management to minimize project risks
o Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements * Direct the delivery of strategic or large programs through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements
- Direct outputs of a large project team, often across geographical boundaries
- Create project plans and initiate program mobilization by confirming scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
- Provide leadership and decision making support by establishing program governance
- Monitor and control execution of program though all phases
- Ensure overall program success and effective use of resources
- Provide program reporting including overall performance of the program and program completion documentation
- Drive organizational change
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
- Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
- Act as mentor in the area of Project Management and influence the personal development of mentees
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Compliance policies and procedures within Program scope
