Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and driving the technical direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business objectives and quality standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Serve as a technical expert and point of escalation for complex technical issues, troubleshooting problems and finding effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and :
    • Proven experience as a software engineer, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products.
      Prior experience in a leadership role, managing and coaching software development teams.
    • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript, along with proficiency in relevant frameworks and technologies.
    • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable software systems.
    • Excellent leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.
    Preferred Qualifications :
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Familiarity with modern software development practices such as microservices architecture, containerization, and serverless computing.
