Job Description :


- Lead the development team in architecting, implementing, and optimizing Unity-based projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and project requirements.


- Showcase mastery of Unity workflows, including materials, shaders, lighting, and particle effects, to achieve the desired visual quality and interactive elements in projects.


- Oversee Creation of 3D Environments and Assets : Supervise the development of 3D environments, props, and assets within Unity, ensuring consistency, optimization, and performance to meet project requirements.


- Collaborate Across Teams for Environment Creation : Work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to translate conceptual designs into fully realized environments and assets that align with project needs and technical specifications.


- Lead Character Animation and Rigging : Take charge of character animation and rigging processes within Unity, implementing animation principles and techniques to bring characters and creatures to life in the game world.


- Collaborate for Realistic Character Performances : Collaborate with animators and riggers to develop lifelike character performances and behaviors that enhance storytelling and immerse players in the game experience.


- Utilize Previsualization and Camera Techniques : Utilize previsualization tools and camera techniques in Unity to establish shot compositions, camera movements, and pacing for interactive sequences, cinematics, and immersive experiences. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, artists, and designers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.


- Project Management : Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and milestones, and communicate progress and updates throughout the project lifecycle.


- Game Development : Oversee the development of interactive games and applications, from concept to release, leveraging Unity's features and capabilities to create compelling gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and experiences. Collaborate with designers to translate game designs and concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready assets.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with artists, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate artwork, animations, and audio assets into Unity projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for performance.


- Quality Assurance : Implement procedures and quality assurance processes
