Senior Compliance AnalystTrivandrum Location- Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.- Coordinate the SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3 audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.- Oversee PCI DSS assessments, ensuring adherence to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.- Ensure comprehensive documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and controls.- Track and report on compliance activities, presenting findings and recommendations.- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and security best practices.- Participate in the selection and implementation of IT security controls.Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity etc. (or Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant information security certification).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in relevant IT compliance tools and frameworks.Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant information security certifications.- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) tools and frameworks.- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and security controls.
