Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Engineer at Zelar in Hyderabad. The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly web interfaces, collaborating with back-end developers to improve usability, and ensuring responsive web design for seamless user experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement user interfaces for 8-10 screens based on provided designs.
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in design and code reviews.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Promote usability best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with React.js and familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience in web development and software development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with back-end web development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with mobile-first and responsive design techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
