The role is for managing international sales for Power business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team

as the Head of International Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international business operations, including sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence across various regions. (Asia, Africa, GCC. ASEAN, Europe)

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and Implement International Business Strategy:Comprehensive strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing market share.Opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.Ambitious but achievable targets for international sales and revenue and Market Development:The international sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.Nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.Taking care of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

Distribution and Channel Management:Maintain a robust distribution network across target markets.Maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.Effective channel management strategies to optimize sales and distribution processes.

Marketing and Branding:Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in international markets.Closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns tailored to international audiences.Market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Operational Excellence

:Seamless coordination between various departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, to deliver exceptional service to international customers.The implementation of efficient operational processes and systems to optimize productivity and minimize costs.Analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:Strong leadership and direction to the international operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
