Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and Travel (if required)Design, Configure, development, deployment, installation, support and new customization in Business Central with writing code in AL programming using extension development.Application Development: Designing and developing customizations, enhancements, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business requirements.Development of technical documents, custom reports, writing XML ports and queries.Customization and Configuration: Modifying standard functionality, creating new functionality, and configuring Business Central to meet specific business needs.Solution Deployment: Assisting in the deployment and installation of Business Central solutions, including data migration and system setup.Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development or deployment.Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including system design, development specifications, and user guides.Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, such as functional consultants, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support overall project delivery.Knowledge and experience in dealing with end-to-end Business Central implementations.Data gathering, preparation, and import into Business Central.Configuration of Business Central to meet customer requirements.Provide technical advice for the sales team and be involved in the pre-sales activities when required as a technical expert.Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.Experience with localization requirements over a diverse range of countries/fiscal requirementsStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneAbility to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment including business and product development, supply chain and procurement processes, and execution dependencies.Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality technology services in a very high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.Strong financial knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skills and expertise in communicating with teams across geographies.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science)Can work with stakeholders to deliver key and informative reporting.
