Good knowledgeof ITSM ITIL V3 and Risk/Complianceprocess

Must be Readyto work in South AmericaTimezone

Solid handsonknowledge of ServiceNow platform Client/serverscripting

Knowledge ofJavaScript as an individualcontributor.

Around 5 yearsof handson development experience inServiceNow

Processunderstanding of Incident Problem Change and KnowledgeManagement

Good Experiencein ITSM and CMDB moduleimplementation/development

Goodimplementation experience in webbased Integration (SOAP REST) andany other type ofintegration.

Goodcommunication and presentationskill

Handsonexperience in configuring Business Rules Client Scripts UI PoliciesUI Scripts UI Actions UI Pages Script Includes Access Control Listscomplex workflows and solution migration to higherenvironment.

Knowledge ofFlow Designer IntegrationHub.

Excellentknowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices &ongoing knowledge ServiceNowfeatures
