  • Prepare and process sales invoices for domestic and export sales.
  • Ensure accurate billing and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Verify sales orders and ensure proper documentation before invoicing.
  • Follow up with customers on submitted offers and address any queries.
  • Should have 2+ years of relevant experience in documentation, sales support, follow-ups etc.
  • Maintain and update sales records, invoices, and export-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing and reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to billing and documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (if applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
  • Knowledge of domestic and export sales processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
