Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of one implementation and 2 support project experience in OpenText/VIM
  • Experience of working in OpenText/VIM upgrade is preferred.
  • Should have good knowledge of Document type/process type/Archive link configuration. Process option BCC/IC4SAP/IES/OCR setup
  • Should have the experience of working on various channels like Email, Idoc/XML, manual (OAWD)
  • Configuring and managing the exception handling/Business rules, COA set up/approval procedures.
  • Configuring and customizing the VIM email notifications
  • Knowledge on various VIM reports like VIM Analytics report, Ageing report Month end & Yearend closing reports as per the client requirement.
  • Should be able to maintain all the VIM roles.
  • Should be adept at analyzing/resolving the workflow errors.
  • Should be able to support BASIS Team in installation of hardware components like Archive/Content server, IES/OCR
  • Should have good knowledge of integration with MM and FI
  • Basic debugging knowledge is preferred.
  • Working experience on S/4 HANA landscape is preferred.
