Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VARC Faculty member, located in Ahmedabad. The VARC Faculty will be responsible for teaching verbal ability and reading comprehension sections to students preparing for competitive exams. Day-to-day tasks include developing lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, creating and grading quizzes and tests, providing personalized feedback, mentoring students, and staying updated with the latest exam trends and patterns.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension concepts
  • Experience in developing curriculum, lesson plans, and educational content
  • Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and patterns in competitive exams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or related field
  • Prior experience in teaching or coaching for competitive exams is preferred
