Technical Program Manager (SOC /IP/ Semiconductor/ VLSI domain)Location : BengaluruExperience : 8 Years to 12 YearsJob Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Technical ProjectandProgram Manager to oversee complexSOC/IPengineering projects and drive cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program ManagementLead end-to-end planning, execution, and deliveryof technical projects and programs.Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and milestones.Drive schedule management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.Technical ExecutionManage and track regression systems, ensuring continuous integration and validation.Use scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl, etc.) to automate reports, track KPIs, and improve process efficiency.Analyze program data and provide insights for improving productivity and quality.Leadership & CommunicationAct as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes.Demonstrate strong self-drive and leadership to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.Influence without authority and foster strong collaboration across teams.Required Skills & QualificationsSolid understanding of engineering processesinIP/SoCor related technical domains.Strong experience withregression management systems .Proficiency inscripting languages(Python, Perl, Shell, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-project management abilities.Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and self-driven mindset.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering ,Computer Engineering , or a related technical field.
