Job Title: Business Manager - Luxury Sales
Job Location: Mumbai – Marine Lines, Worli/Girgaum and Mahalaxmi
Budget: Max 12 LPA* (Hike given basis last drawn) *includes 10% variable Performance Incentive + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim and other perks
Working days and Week Off: 6 days working (Saturday and Sunday working) – 1 week off rostered during the week.
Education: Min Graduation Mandatory
*Key Responsibilities:*
_Sales Planning:_
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities and anticipate shifts in the luxury real estate market.
• Set sales targets and create action plans to meet and exceed these targets.
*Client Relationship Management*:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and manage complex transactions.
*Networking:*
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities to enhance the company's brand and attract new clients.
• Leverage professional networks and affiliations to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
*Operational Excellence:*
• Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage client interactions and sales processes efficiently.
*Market Expertise:*
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the luxury real estate market, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients to help them make informed buying or selling decisions.
• Continuously update knowledge of luxury property listings, both within the company and in the broader market.
*Skills Required:*
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the luxury product market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
