PositionOverview:

As an Accountant with ourfashion brand you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothfunctioning of our financial operations. You will be responsiblefor handling daily accounting tasks GST filing and tracking dailybilling activities. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in accounting principles excellent analytical skills anda passion for the fashion industry.

KeyResponsibilities:

Manage daytodayaccounting activities including accounts payable accountsreceivable general ledger entries and bankreconciliations.

Ensure timely and accuraterecording of financial transactions and maintain properdocumentation and records.

Prepare and file GSTreturns in compliance with regulatory requirements and assist withGST audits when necessary.

Monitor and trackdaily billing activities reconcile invoices and follow up onoutstanding payments.

Assist in the preparationof monthly financial statements variance analysis and budgetforecasts.

Collaborate with internal teams toresolve accounting discrepancies and address financialinquiries.

Stay updated on changes in accountingregulations tax laws and industry best practices to ensurecompliance and efficiency.

Support the financeteam in adhoc projects process improvements and systemenhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or relatedfield.

Proven experience as an Accountantpreferably in the retail or fashionindustry.

Strong understanding of accountingprinciples GST regulations and financial reportingstandards.

Proficiency in accounting software andMS Office Suite with advanced Excelskills.

Excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities with a keen attention todetail.

Ability to prioritize tasks meetdeadlines and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate acrossteams.
