Okta Architect Job OverviewLocation: BangaloreJob Type: Permanent Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Okta Architect to manage and support a DEVOPS team for a critical identity application. This role requires deep understanding of software architecture, identity and access management, and quality governance.Key Responsibilities1. Manage and Support DEVOPS TeamSchedule, develop, and prioritize work for the teamEnsure team members are working efficiently and effectively2. Integrate ApplicationsIntegrate Bell applications into BUA (DEV, pre-prod & production)Follow change management process3. Identity ManagementManage user identities, profiles, and credentials across different cloud platformsEnsure consistency and security4. Access ControlImplement and manage access control policies and permissionsGrant users appropriate access to resources based on their roles and responsibilities5. SecurityImplement and maintain security measures to protect data and resourcesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards6. Troubleshooting and SupportTroubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issuesProvide technical support for IAM systemsRequirementsTechnical Skills:Okta Administrator, Okta Developer, and Okta Architect experienceCloud identity experience with intermediate certificationExperience with on-premise Active DirectoryExperience with cloud identity provisioning and governanceExperience with non-human identitiesExperience:Experience as an Okta Administrator, Okta Developer, and Okta ArchitectExperience on an identity DEVOPS teamExperience managing a DEVOPS team with Agile experienceCertifications:Cloud Identity Intermediate CertificationOkta Certified Consultant or Okta Certified Architect certification (desirable)
