Job Title: Plant Maintenance Engineer (SPM / Automatic Assembly Lines)

Location: Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in plant maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines.
  • Attend and resolve machine breakdowns during running plant shifts, ensuring minimum downtime.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines (SPM / assembly machines / automation systems).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and independently handle breakdowns on the shop floor.
  • Conduct shop floor activities related to machine maintenance.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems (air cylinders, valves, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their upkeep.
  • Record and analyze breakdown data (MTTR / MTBF), prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Use MS Office, SAP system for breakdown entry, maintenance records, and reporting.
  • Support industrial automation activities for machine efficiency and uptime improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of machine maintenance (SPM, assembly lines, automation machines).
  • Strong hands-on experience with pneumatic & mechanical systems.
  • Ability to manage shift operations independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / SAP for maintenance reporting and analysis.
  • Understanding of MTTR, MTBF analysis and machine performance tracking.
  • Exposure to industrial automation preferred.
