Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React JS to lead the development of a new digital product. This role involves architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and develop complex, scalable web applications using React JS.
- Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in frontend development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React JS.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with TypeScript, , and other modern frontend tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
- Prior experience in leading frontend teams or projects.
