Job Role

Provide FICO Incident Mgmt. support with integration insight on other support modules, to end users enabling them to use SAP and SAP surround applications effectively. Work with FICO Lead in resolving Problems and provide changes as required.

Job Functions :


• End User Support


• Provide L3 help to End Users in using Applications. SAP CO consultants are also responsible for contributing to architecture activities for growth opportunities.


• User follow up, updating Incident and other tickets and closing the call.


• Provide functional insights to Technical Team for Incidents and Problem tickets which could not be solved by L2 team


• Knowledgeable in Integration of SD/FI, MM/FI, PP/CO scenarios.


• Change Management


• Responsible for Test plan preparation of all CR's more than 3 days of effort (medium & complex CR's)


• Developing and providing Functional specification for the medium and complex CR's which require coding/ configuration. Discussing the functionality, features, benefits, and impact of Management Accounting CO.


• Conducting the Functional testing for all the medium & complex CR's


• Preparation of System related MIS


• Assist the training team on providing functional insights during End user training or training to power users


• Provide functional insights to L3 for Incidents related to respective SAP modules in the primary environment, and the secondary environment which are non SAP platform applications which may or may not be interfaced with SAP


• In creating/ updating the System documentation and training materials


• In User Authorization maintenance


• Creating or updating Training Material


• Business Process improvement ideas respective

Qualifications

Essential

  • FI/CO person should be CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ M Com /MBA etc,
  • Good Knowledge of FI-GL,AR, AP, Assets, Taxation, CCA, PC and COPA.
  • Exposure in India GST would be plus.
  • Work experience in any Manufacturing or Engineering domains will be plus.
  • Major responsibility handling in CO (Controlling/Management Accounting)

Job Experience

Essential

1) 2+ years of Business Functional experience in a reputed organization

2) 7 -10 Years of Project / Support experience in FICO module, Especially in Controlling.

3) Understanding of SAP Technical Knowledge

4) Should have worked at least in 2 SAP Implementation projects

Desirable

1) Working experience in Indian based manufacturing company

2) Exposure to working in a ITIL Process framework environment

3) Working experience in SAP surround systems on non SAP platforms

4) Working experience in work flows
