Your opportunity

The position will be based in Gurgaon/Pune, India and be part of the System Design team of Sidel Greater Middle East, Africa & India (MEAI). The incumbent will be in charge of developing the detailed engineering layouts in execution stage, designing the complete line layouts and ensuring the correct integration of Sidel and third parties equipment, including conveying specifications and accumulation profiles.The incumbent will also be tasked to prepare electrical distribution drawings, as well as network layouts for line communication.

Your Mission

Electrical - Pre Contracting
Analysis of conveyors automation specifications/requirements
Quotation of conveyors automation specifications/requirements
Prepare a complete offer for Conveyor Control Panel and conveyors wiring
Prepare a complete offer for Main distribution panel and power wiring
Possibility of meeting with the customer (with Complete Line PM1)
Electrical - Execution
Execution of Complete Project for cable and duct of complete Line
Design of LV panels and Electrical Distribution including panel schematics for manufacturing
Execution of NET-WORK project
Supply to Sidel Conveying of all the necessary information for the study of conveyor software and electrical components
Possibility of meeting with the customer (with Complete Line PM2)

Your Profile

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum requirements
Technical Competences in beverage lines layouts or comparable industrial systems.
Knowledge of CAD environment (Autocad).
Knowledge of conveying systems and associated concepts.
Understanding and utilisation of engineering technical terminology.
Fundamental understanding of mechanical and assembly drawings.
Knowledge of ePlan/Caneco BT or other equivalent panel design tools
Teamwork ability.
Ability for short-term business trips globally.
Additional requirements
Knowledge of SAP ERP management software will be appreciated.
Understanding of electrical diagrams will be appreciated.
Knowledge of civil engineering will be appreciated.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics will be appreciated.
Programming experience will be appreciated.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and chemicals properties of the industrial materials.
Relevant Experience
Working experience as a designer in a conveyor manufacturer company.
Knowledge of processes within the beverage industry.
Qualifications
Technical diploma or University degree in mechatronics/automation engineering.
Knowledge of CAD environment (Autocad).
Knowledge of Sidel specificities and beverage industrial environment.
Software proficient (DAO, ERP, GDT, Excel).
Linguistic competences: fluent English, French is a plus.
