The position requires:
A friendly, enthusiastic, people-first attitude
Ability to lead a team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Basic Business knowledge (Inventory, SOPs, Staffing etc.)
Ability to get work done in a timely manner. Good at following directions
An understanding of marketing
Passion for leadership and team development

Prior hospitality experience
Willingness and ability to jump in and assist where needed
Proficiency in English
It would be a bonus if you had:
Formal training or a collegiate degree in sales, hotel management or a related field
Relevant work experience (start-ups, cafes, fast-food chains)
