Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Regulatory Affairs
to join a fast-growing organization in the
chemicals and specialty ingredients sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with international regulations, certification standards, and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    REACH registrations
    for new products across EU, Korea, Turkey, and UK, including tonnage upgrades and compliance letters.
  • Handle
    customer questionnaires
    and provide necessary
    declarations and certifications
    related to products and manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee renewal documentation for
    Halal, Kosher, FSSAI, RSPO, NSF
    , and other certifications.
  • Maintain
    water testing reports
    ,
    nutritional analysis
    , and manage
    FSSAI annual return filings
    .
  • Conduct
    internal audits
    under
    ISO 9001:2015
    as a certified internal auditor.
  • Address documentation requests from
    customers and logistics teams
    and resolve regulatory queries.
  • Regularly update company documents,
    certificates
    , and product declarations via
    OneDrive
    .
  • Train new team members on
    ISO standards
    ,
    documentation best practices
    , and
    REACH compliance
    .
  • Contribute to updating company website content (related to regulatory info and certifications).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–8 years of experience in
    regulatory affairs
    ,
    compliance
    , or
    quality documentation
    .
  • Strong command over
    REACH
    ,
    ISO 9001:2015
    ,
    FSSAI
    , and international product certification processes.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and
    documentation management

  • Experience in
    chemical

    pharmaceutical

    FMCG

  • Working knowledge of tools like
