Creative Development: Create mood boards to conceptualize new decorations and products, aligning with current trends and customer preferences. Collaborate with a team of designers, decorators, and craftsmen to bring the event's theme to life through custom decor elements, including lighting, balloon arrangements, installations, and props. Ensure that all decor elements are cohesive, visually striking, and aligned with the client's preferences and budget.

Material Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and assist in sourcing high-quality materials, fabrics, props, and decor accessories that enhance the overall aesthetic of the event while adhering to budget constraints and sustainability considerations.

Product and Experience Development: Conduct photoshoots for new products and experiences, reflecting market demand and emerging trends. Prepare presentations for new experiences, outlining inclusions and associated costs to facilitate customer understanding and decision-making.

 

Website Merchandising: Manage website categories, ensuring effective merchandising of products to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams to create visually appealing product displays and promotional materials on the website.
