Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate IELTS Teacher to conduct offline coaching classes at our Vasai office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and a proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline IELTS coaching sessions for students.
- Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted feedback.
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and scoring techniques.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in English, Education, or related fields).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching IELTS.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with British Council / IDP / Cambridge IELTS standards.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students to achieve their desired scores.
- Flexible to work on an hourly basis.
