Technical Manager- Audit Service Design

We are looking for a highly skilledTechnical Manager-Audit Service Design & Delivery Expertwho will lead new audit service development projects and support our Audit Service Line. This role involves designing and implementing new service offerings, managing cross-functional development activities, performing audits, reviewing audit reports, and coordinating auditor qualification & training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Audit Service DevelopmentLead kick-off meetings and drive end-to-end service development initiativesCreate project files, collect inputs, analyze requirements & define deliverablesBuild inspection grids, specifications, SOPs, WIs, and training documentationConduct risk analysis, testing, pilot qualification, and process validationEnsure on-time submission, review, approval & procurement coordinationTrain internal teams, support launches, and lead closing/project summaryManage escalations and ensure reporting of KPIs and project statusAudit Planning & ExecutionSupport audit scheduling, scoping, and resource allocationReview and approve audit reports ensuring completeness & accuracyConduct onsite system/process/product audits when requiredAuditor Qualification & TrainingSupport auditor competency management, qualification, and trainingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering8+ years of experience in Quality, Technical Audits, or Service DevelopmentMinimum 3 years asQuality Managerand 3 years asAuditorStrong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 2859, 9001, 14001, 45001, 19011)Experience in project management tools (PMP preferred)(Good to have) Solar industry experience — PV modules, cells, IEC 61215/61730Skills & CompetenciesQuality management, QC/QA methodologies, auditing techniquesRoot-cause analysis, problem-solving, risk analysisCross-functional project managementProficient in MS Office, AI tools (Co-pilot, ChatGPT, data analysis tools)Excellent communication skills; high ethics and professional integrity
