Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java developer

·In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Backend/Database environment.

·You would be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining Java applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Responsibilities

·Able to perform application systems development tasks which include working with users to define system needs, analyzing and designing applications to meet user needs, translating logic diagrams into program statements, deploying and implementing packages and conducting research in emerging technologies. 

·Able to Design, code, test, debug and document programs. 

·Able to do computer programs, system development and technical support for very complex, highly critical programs and systems. Plan and coordinate tests, resolve production problems, identify opportunities to improve systems and architecture. 

·Initiate system analysis, lead the definition of user requirements and assesses impacts. Determine alternate solutions with risk analysis and identify opportunities to use technology to improve availability and advance business initiatives. 

·Serve as member of a project team or as an individual contributor when assigned.

·Coordinate development activities, evaluate and report performance of project.

·Not Mandatory Experience in UI – ExtJS/ Reacts is plus.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Good problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Good understanding of database architecture and SQL.

·Primary Skills – Java, J2EE, Oracle sql, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST
