About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join our leadership team as a Senior Director / Prospective Partner. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in audit, tax, regulatory reviews, business-building and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic direction and align the firm’s goals, mission, and long-term plans. - Lead the business unit with hands-on involvement in operations, audits, and client delivery. - Direct regulatory, statutory, and tax audit engagements with technical excellence. - Drive firm growth through niche definition, market research, and client acquisition. - Build and guide teams, manage performance, and create a high-trust work culture. - Oversee financial metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency. - Represent the firm at industry events and with key clients.
