Role : Senior Director / Prospective Partner – Chartered Accountant for a Leading delivering Services to clients across industry sectors for Over 40yrs. Work Location : Delhi (South Delhi) Occasional travel may be required Monday to Saturday working ( 10 AM to 6 PM in Winters and 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Summers, 1st & 3rd Saturday working) Experience Required: 20+ years overall; minimum 7 years leadinga business vertical Company : A Leading delivering services to clients across industry sectors for over 40 years. Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic direction and align the firm’s goals, mission, and long-term plans. - Lead the business unit with hands-on involvement in operations, audits, and client delivery. - Direct regulatory, statutory, and tax audit engagements with technical excellence. - Drive firm growth through niche definition, market research, and client acquisition. - Build and guide teams, manage performance, and create a high-trust work culture. - Oversee financial metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency. - Represent the firm at industry events and with key clients.
