Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting clients, managing appointments, and performing clerical duties. They will also ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Additional duties include managing mail correspondences and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage office tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle multitasking and organizational tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred
