We're growing quickly and we need experienced technical managers to help us scale.We're looking for Engineering Managers onsite (Hybrid) in Hyderabad or Bangalore to manage both local and remote teams. We're looking for managers with all levels of experience, from managing one to two teams. You will report into a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.ResponsibilitiesAs a manager you will lead one or more teams of Backend and Platform Engineers building centralized services and capabilities to accelerate product development.Contribute to technical strategy and drive the team roadmap with Staff engineers and the team.Accountable for technical delivery and operational excellence in the teamBuild good relationships with the cross functional partners like Product Managers, Data and Science Managers, Data Protection Officers and Senior Leadership.Grow a diverse, accomplished group of engineers, gaining fantastic exposure to scaling a tech team at a unique paceCreate a learning environment for your team and act as a mentor for engineers and up and coming leadersBecome instrumental in improving and implementing processes and values that scale
