Manager FP&A

Role & Responsibility : Operations Finance:  Preparation of daily & monthly cash flows, fund planning, managing liquidity. Coordinating with internal teams & plants for finance requirement.  Preparing & Managing Debt schedule, Form 15CA, withholding tax payment and ECB-2 returns.  MIS- Preparation of Loan trackers, trackers for trade products like LC, BC, SC, EPC, PCFC, Bill discounting, Forex related MIS  Managing Forex – monitoring & taking rates, co-ordination with EXIM team, taking forwards, co-ordination with banks for the same.  Monitoring Foreign Remittances (A1& A2 ) & transfer .

Interacting with statutory / internal auditors for finance and treasury operations. Working Capital Management & Banking:  Preparation of monthly stock statement & timely submission to Banks.  Preparation of CMA data, QIS, FFRs and timely submission of the same to banks.  Preparation of UFCE statements.  Managing and Liasioning with Bank for daily operations/ Loans.  Data submission for Stock Audit Reports.
