Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring multiple Net Suite Functional Consultants with specialized expertise in one or more of the following domains: Suite Projects Pro (Or Netsuite Open Air) CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Finance - P2 P, O2 C Functional Consultant Each consultant will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Net Suite solutions for our clients. The ideal candidates will combine strong business acumen with deep Net Suite functional knowledge to deliver scalable, high-performance systems that drive business efficiency and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Below are the 3 functional positions: 1️⃣ Suite Projects Pro Consultant: Lead end-to-end implementations and optimization of Suite Projects for project accounting, billing automation, and resource management. Configure project templates, approval workflows, and billing rules to align with client requirements. Support project profitability tracking , timesheet automation , and resource planning . Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate project costing and invoicing. 2️⃣ CRM Consultant ( Customer Relationship Management ): Implement and optimize CRM functionalities — lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle workflows. Customize CRM dashboards, reports, and automation to improve sales pipeline visibility and customer engagement . Ensure seamless integration of CRM with Finance and Project Management modules. Provide ongoing support to sales teams for process improvements and best practices. 3️⃣ Finance O2 C, P2 P Functional Consultant: Net Suite Order-to-Cash (O2 C) Functional Consultant: Manage the complete sales cycle from order creation to payment collection, including invoicing, revenue recognition, etc... Net Suite Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) Functional Consultant: Oversee vendor sourcing to payment processing with streamlined purchase orders, billing, approvals, and audit tracking etc. Process Optimization & Consulting Support Conduct business requirement workshops , gap analysis , and process documentation . Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and work with technical teams for implementation. Deliver user training , documentation, and post-go-live support . Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Net Suite automation and workflow enhancements . Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Must-Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems . CA, CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification will be a strong advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Net Suite Functional Consultant . Deep understanding of at least one of the following Net Suite modules : - Suite Projects Pro / Netsuite Open Air - CRM / Sales Automation - Finance - P2 P and O2 C Proven ability to gather business requirements , perform fit-gap analysis , and configure Net Suite accordingly. Strong communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills. ???? Nice-to-Have Exposure to multiple Net Suite modules (Suite Projects, CRM, Finance). Hands-on experience with Suite Builder, Suite Flow, or Advanced Reporting . Familiarity with integration tools such as Suite Talk, RESTlets, Celigo, or Boomi . Net Suite Certifications – ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, Financial User. Prior experience working with global teams or multi-entity environments . Understanding of data migration and system optimization best practices . ????
