Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash management
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration or related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in Bachelor's are a plus
