We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sr US IT Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. This is not a staffing or agency role — you’ll be a key player in building world-class product and engineering teams in-house . The focus will be on hiring full-time US Citizens for mission-critical roles across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and Enterprise Sales . If you thrive in a high-growth product environment and enjoy working closely with product owners and tech leaders, we’d love to meet you.Job Title: Sr US Technical RecruiterDuration: Full-TimeLocation: Complete Remote workWorking hours : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM ISTNo of Openings: 3Please Note: this is an in-house, product-based hiring role — not a position with a consulting firm or implementation partner.Key Responsibilities:Drive full-lifecycle recruiting for full-time hires across AI, Robotics, and Sales domains — including highly specialized engineering and business roles.Work directly with product managers, engineering leads, and leadership teams to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier US Citizens , using advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach).Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical depth, communication skills, team fit, and work authorization.Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate engagement, scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our product-driven, people-first culture .Stay ahead of talent market trends in deep tech , product development, and GTM hiring to support hiring velocity and quality.Qualifications:Good Experience in US in-house or corporate recruitment , with a proven track record of full-time (FTE) hiring for high-growth product organizations.Demonstrated success in hiring US Citizens for specialized roles in AI, Robotics, and Enterprise Sales .Deep understanding of US employment practices , work authorization types, and compliance .Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, etc.).Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities for niche roles — including passive candidate engagement.Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, JobDiva, or similar.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.If you believe you are qualified and are looking forward to setting your career on a fast track, apply by submitting a few paragraphs explaining why you believe you are the right person for this role.About Techolution :Techolution is a next gen consulting firm on track to become one of the most admired brands in the world for "innovation done right".
