Reporting directly to the Fundraising Manager Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will be responsible for: Leading the Gifts in Wills strategy to support growth and long-term sustainability. Identifying and prioritising prospects, improving conversion plans to grow commitments. Managing and nurturing a strong supporter pipeline with personalised stewardship. Implementing effective cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities, including events. Overseeing all estate administration and maintaining accurate donor records. Developing clear, compelling cases for support and donor materials. Working with the acquisition team to inspire supporters to leave a gift in their Will. Tracking campaign performance, ensuring compliance, and providing regular program reporting. What is in it for you? About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 3 or more years’ experience working in a Gifts in Wills role Experience in generating income through gifts in Wills programs Experience working on existing supporter/customer programs, and prospecting programs Experience in managing and developing a Gifts in Wills program Builds, fosters and sustains relationships (internally and externally) Demonstrates drive and motivation Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands.
