Innova Solutions is looking for a Functional Consultant – HCM. In this role, you will be at the center of orchestrating various critical initiatives and cross-functional programs required to help Innova Solutions achieve its goals. This position will report to the Project Manager - Business Transformation.

About the Role:

Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional consulting role.

Should have experience working with at-least 2 end-to-end HCM implementations as a Functional Consultant.

The candidate should have experience working in requirement gathering workshops, process work flows, design, configuration, testing and go-live.

Expertise with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) as a module is mandatory, Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll will be an add-on to the position.

Experience of working with Oracle Fusion across multiple projects.

Process work flow experience is must to have.

Work with various inhouse leaders across the company to manage and execute Integrations post-closing, ensuring effective change management throughout the entire process.

Ensure alignment by creating a digital strategy roadmap.

Focus on delivering business value, while acting as trusted advisors for Innova that need to adapt quickly to their new reality.

Will facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration

Will set the Business transformation time-line, and keep the project on track

Identify and initiate projects to improve and optimize ways of working within the team.

Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.
