Job Description :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Futures Next, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and performance to relevant stakeholders.
