About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hands-On Technical Manager to lead our dynamic team working on US-based projects from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and expertise in Java, Node.js, and React.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to the codebase and solving complex technical challenges.
Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Utilize expertise in Java, Node.js, and React to architect and develop high-quality software solutions.
Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through code reviews and regular team meetings.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, and React.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering US-based projects from India.
Must have been Handon technical in the previous projects and not a people manager role
