Job Title: Site Engineer – Road Construction

Location: (Insert Project Location)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in road construction projects

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer for our ongoing road construction work. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in road works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and managing Auto Level & Total Station

  • Execution of chamber works, hunching, and Hume pipe laying

  • Supervision of PCC, sub-grade preparation, GSB, WMM, DLC, and PQC works

  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications

  • Coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants

  • Preparing daily progress reports and monitoring site activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in road construction

  • Strong knowledge of highway/road construction methodologies

  • Ability to handle site execution independently

  • Good communication and leadership skills

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
