The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed. JOB RESPONSIBILITY We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Pandas, and either Java or Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in prompt engineering, experience with OCR technologies like Google Document AI, and a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and OpenAI specifications. Familiarity with cloud platforms and MCP Server is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize prompts for AI/LLM-driven applications. Develop scalable backend and data processing workflows using Python and Pandas. Build and maintain services using Java or Node.js as part of a microservices architecture. Integrate OCR functionality using Google Document AI or similar. Work with LLMs and OpenAI APIs to deliver AI-powered features. Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). (Optional) Utilize MCP Server features as needed. Required Qualifications: 4 - 7 years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on skills in Python, Pandas, and either Java or Node.js. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration. Familiarity with OCR tools such as Google Document AI. Working knowledge of OpenAI specifications and APIs. Proficient in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Good to have: experience with MCP Server. QUALIFICATION Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in fine arts/ design EXPERIENCE 4 – 7 years of experience in the field of design including internal and corporate communications Experience in the marketing/communication department of organizations/agencies SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Design and optimize prompts for AI/LLM-driven applications.
