Position Overview

The Graphic Designer - Brand & Digital Media is a crucial role responsible for shaping and maintaining our company's visual identity across all digital platforms. This individual will be a creative powerhouse, blending artistic talent with a deep understanding of branding to produce compelling visuals. You will be responsible for everything from eye-catching social media content and intuitive web icons to upholding our global brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into captivating and consistent visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce a high volume of engaging and platform-specific visual assets (static images, carousels, infographics, GIFs, video snippets) for all our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
• Collaborate closely with the social media and content marketing teams to develop visual strategies for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Maintain an organized asset library for all social media visuals.

2. Web & Digital Iconography:

• Design and create a cohesive set of custom icons for our corporate websites, web applications, and digital products.
• Ensure all icons are intuitive, scalable, and pixel-perfect, adhering to modern UI/UX principles.
• Work with UI/UX designers and web developers to ensure the seamless integration and proper application of icons and other graphical elements.
• Refresh and maintain our library of digital icons and illustrations.

3. Global Brand Management:

• Act as a key guardian of the Fountain Hills Technologies brand, ensuring visual consistency and integrity across all internal and external materials worldwide.
• Maintain, update, and evangelize the company's brand guidelines, serving as the go-to resource for branding questions.
• Design and produce corporate marketing collateral, including presentation decks, sales sheets, email templates, and digital advertisements.
• Review and approve designs created by other departments or regional teams to ensure they align with global brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• A strong and diverse online portfolio is mandatory. Please provide a link with your application. Your portfolio must showcase work in social media design, icon design, and branding.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).
• Demonstrable experience in designing for various social media platforms and a strong understanding of their unique requirements.
• Impeccable understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a significant plus.
• Experience working for a global company and managing brand consistency across different cultures and markets.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to the web.
