Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the company's
business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations and implement
them
Responsibilities
Work with the CXOs team on critical projects which are essential for the growth of the
businesses and ensure end-to-end management.
Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the
product is delivered as per the brand standards.
Manage the existing projects and have the ability to build new projects from scratch.
Accelerate team efficiency by improving processes and workflows with the core team and
cross-functional teams.
Breaking down the overall project strategy and roadmap into specific components that you
delegate or own yourself.
Managing strong inter-team communication and follow-up processes for the timely delivery
of the project.
Qualifications
An Engineer/ MBA from tier 1 colleges or an ex-entrepreneur.
Someone who loves problem-solving and doesn't settle for any solution, but strives to find a
better one.
Someone who appreciates the bigger Picture and gives attention to details.
A fast learner looking to grow.
