Responsibilities & DutiesDesign and Implement social media strategies

aligning with business goalsCreate multi-channel social calendars

with complete ownership of the copy.Define vital social media KPIs, set specific objectives, and report on ROIResearch

on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesCommunicate

with followers and

respond

to their queries timelyEngage in social media communities

by responding to social media posts and developing discussionsMeasure the success of every social media campaignAnalyze competitor activity

periodicallyWork closely with designers

to ensure top-notch content qualitySuggest and implement new content types

to develop brand awareness and drive engagement

Skills and Qualifications3+ years of proven work experience in social media , preferably in a B2B SaaS companyExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Understanding of SEO and web traffic metricsKnowledge of online marketing channelsExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with web design is an added advantage.Good understanding of social media KPIsExcellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
