Job description

We're seeking a talented Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in crafting exceptional mobile experiences for our users. As a senior developer, you'll leverage your expertise in Flutter and Dart to design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement complex features for our mobile applications using Flutter.- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into user-centric and performant Flutter applications.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a smooth and bug-free user experience.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.- Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers within the team (desired).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.- Strong understanding of Dart programming language and object- oriented programming (OOP) principles.- Proven experience in building user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.- Experience with state management solutions like Provider or BLOC.- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services.- Solid understanding of mobile development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with cross-platform development tools and frameworks beyond Flutter (e.g., React Native).- Experience deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play.- Experience with writing unit and integration tests.- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
