Qualification & Experience:Graduate/ P.Graduate in science /B.Tech in Packaging Technology having minimum 10 years of experience in quality management Auditing, proven track record of quality system implementationKey Deliverables of the Role:Design and implement Quality Management System to ensure Foods & Edible oil products areconsistently made as per company, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.Lead audit management process to ensure compliance as per company and regulatory requirements.Engage with cross functional team during NPD to proactively identify risks/challenges/ actions to ensure regulatory and quality system requirements.Lead investigations, corrective and preventive actions for issues that have/would impact on products/processes or compliance to regulations or company standardsContinuously improve domain knowledge and build up skills and capability of team w.R.T Packaging, Auditing and Quality Management SystemEnsure manufacturing facility has an effective QMS in place by providing leadership and expertise to set up a systematic approach to quality improvement and adherence to Quality processesKnowledge, Skills & Competencies:Ability to provide leadership & technical expertise in quality improvement journeyInterpersonal and communication skillsPeople development skillsBias for ActionFunctional/Technical SkillsCross functional experience and business quality leadership supported by a strong technical background and knowledge of the companies functions and products.Reporting Relationships:Upwards Head, CQADownwards – Team of Executives & Senior OfficersOther Functional Interfaces:Supply chain, R& D, Sales & MarketingGrowth Path & Future:Opportunity to move up in the hierarchy as Functional head
