Note: We do not cover weddings or social events; focus is strictly on corporate and documentary projects.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Candid Photographer to join our creative team. The role requires an eye for detail, mastery of professional photography equipment, and the ability to capture authentic, storytelling-driven images across corporate events, films, and documentaries. The candidate should also be proficient in editing workflows, Photoshop, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture candid moments during corporate events, interviews, documentaries, and branded shoots.
• Operate professional cameras (Sony A74/R5 or equivalent) and lenses to achieve high-quality images.
• Handle lighting setups (natural and artificial) for portraits, events, and behind-the-scenes shoots.
• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and clients to execute creative briefs.
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Lightroom for final delivery.
• Maintain image archives, backups, and data organization for all projects.
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned photography across shoots.
• Assist with photo albums, graphics, or supporting video crews as needed.
• Travel for corporate projects and represent the brand in a client-facing capacity.

Equipment

• All essential equipment will be provided by CandidShutters.
• Candidates owning professional gear (camera bodies, lenses, lighting) will have an added advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a candid/corporate photographer.
• Mastery of Sony A74/R5 cameras and professional lenses.
• Strong understanding of lighting setups, framing, and composition.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and related editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for image enhancement and editing workflows.
• Strong communication skills and client-handling ability.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel, be hardworking, adaptable, and motivated.
