We're looking for passionate and driven graduates to join our teams in:

As a Trainee Software Engineer, you'll work in Agile teams to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions across platforms. You'll gain hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, data analytics, and modern engineering practices.

Training & Development

Through our structured Graduate Program, you'll receive training in:

  • Digital Technologies (Mobile, Cloud)
  • Full-Stack Development
  • Data Analytics
  • Automated Testing

Post-training, you'll be assessed and deployed to high-performance Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test software solutions
  • Create and execute test scenarios, report defects, and support system testing
  • Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality issues
  • Build dashboards and reports for business insights
  • Document technical designs, test outcomes, and user guides
  • Contribute to code reviews and automation initiatives
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies

Required Skills

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for software development, data, or testing
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of programming/testing concepts
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases, or data visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong academic background in programming or analytics
  • Knowledge of languages like JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, SQL, ReactJS, NodeJS
  • Exposure to test automation tools
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (ICD, CPT, HL7)
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Participation in coding bootcamps, hackathons, or open-source projects
