As Product Manager (APM) within our dynamic EdTech company, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education technology.

We're seeking a driven individual with 3-4 years of experience in product management, preferably within the EdTech sector, to join our innovative team. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the learning experience for students and educators alike.


Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:

Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize, develop, and launch new features and products that address the evolving needs of our users.

2. Market Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.

3. User Feedback:

Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

4. Requirements Gathering:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

5. Product Roadmap:

Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, including feature prioritization and release planning.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery.

7. Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure the quality and


Qualifications:

.• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent technical field.

• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred.

2-4 years of experience in product management.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

o Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

o Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes through technology.

o Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus.

o Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams is preferred.
