Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Golang applications and microservices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Implement security and data protection measures across applications.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring long-term maintainability.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and design efficient data models.
  • Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Golang and understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of software design patterns, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to high-load distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and profiling tools.
